FAQs

How does this work?

First, you let me know you’d like a new blog design! I’ll check out your current blog and ask you some questions about what you’d like to see in your new design. Then you tell me color schemes you’re looking for if you’d like a solid color design, or you select from items available at the digital scrapbooking site – Polka Dot Potato. Once you let me know what products you’d like to work with, I’ll begin your design. When it’s complete, you’ll get a preview of the design. I’ll upload your new design to your blogger account as soon as payment is received (yes, this requires me logging in to your account).

Do I really have to give you my password?

Yes and no. I can’t upload your design without logging in to your account. However, when your design is complete, I’m going to have you change your password to one I give you for the duration of time that it takes me to upload your design. When I’m done, I’ll let you know and you can change your password back – that way, your secrets are safe!

What blog services do you work with?

At this time, my service is limited to Blogger accounts only.

What is Polka Dot Potato?

Polka Dot Potato is a retail website that sells digital scrapbooking supplies. Their user agreements allows for the type of design business I’m offering. Therefore, it’s the only digital scrapbooking website I will work with at this time.

What is the price for your design?

The price for the full blog design is $50.00 plus the price of whatever digital elements you select from Polka Dot Potato. I will retain ownership of all digital elements. You can pay via Pay Pal only.

How long until my design is done?

At this time, my wait is approximately 7 – 10 days from selection of your design preferences to the day of upload.

What if I don’t like the design, is there a refund policy?

I want you to be happy with your design and I will do all that I can to make it that way. One major revision is included with your initial fee – this includes changing backgrounds or altering the header slightly.

What if I just want you to design my header?

Design of the header is a majority of the work it takes for the blog design. Header design is $30 plus the price of any digital elements you’d like included.
